Legal, Privacy, Data and Terms & Condition

Privacy notice

I have designed and built this site in a way that does not firsthand actively or passively use cookies or collect user data of any kind. However, it does make use of some third party tools that may collect their own data data. As such, I have made best efforts to restrict data collection and cookie usage to only what is strictly necessary to ensure the site's functionality. All of this is outlined below, please feel free to contact me (via the link at the bottom of the page) if you find anything that contradicts this page's content.

As per GDPR law, the way this site uses and processes data comes under “lawful basis” and “legitimate interests” as it is all required for minimum functionality. As per GDPR you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to your data and its processing or storage - you can contact me directly at the bottom of the page for anything related to this specific domain, however, as I am not firsthand collecting any data, you should instead use the below information to: check the respective policies of each third party company, and exercise your legal rights with them directly if desired. Please also note that some of these companies are not UK/EEA based, as such there is a chance that any data they collect will be transferred outside of the UK/EEA.

Third party tools:

Hostinger - this site is hosted on Hostinger. As such, they may collect some user data to display the site, you can view Hostinger's privacy policy here.

Adobe Fonts - the main font used on this site is sourced from Adobe Fonts with authorisation. However, I have implemented this font in a way that, to the best of my knowledge, should not collect or send any data to Adobe. You can view Adobe’s privacy policy here.

Externally hosted case studies:

Some of the Case Studies are hosted externally. You will leave this site and be redirected to either Papermark or Notion. As such, I have no control over their data collection or cookie usage. You can view their respective policies here: Papermark privacy policy Notion privacy policy. Some of the case studies hosted externally also make use of Youtube video embeds that may collect data, you can view Google’s privacy policy here. I do not currently host any Youtube videos directly on this site, but if I do in the future, I will ensure they are implemented in a no-cookie manner, but they will also be subject to Google’s data collection and privacy policies as above.
